 Ordinance 560 - Watering Restrictions

Watering restrictions begin April 1st and end October 1st.  All residents of the City of Kimberly shall limit the use of the public water system and be monitored by house number as follows:

  • Even # houses water Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday
  • No watering between 10 AM and 5 PM
  • PI users shall not use city water to irrigate the lawns, gardens, yards, trees and shrubs 
  • Odd # houses water Wednesday, Friday & Sunday
  • No watering on Mondays.
  • No household shall waste water
Penalties for Violation are $10.00 for the first unauthorized use and $25.00 for any subsequent use of water.
