Responsibilities
The Police Department serves the communities of Kimberly and Hansen by protecting citizens and property, preventing crime, enforcing laws, and maintaining order.
The Police Department is comprised of 6 sworn police officers and a Community Service Officer that cover the residential and commercial areas in the cities.
Goals
The main goal of the Police Department is to create and maintain a safe, secure environment for all Kimberly and Hansen citizens. We strive to accomplish this goal through proactive community programs designed to prevent crime as well as efficient, thorough investigations of crimes committed.
