Residential Rates:
- Water Rate: $36.64
- Sewer Rate: $33.97
- *Sanitation Rate: $8.13
Out of City Limits:
- Water Rate: $73.28
- Sewer Rate: $67.94
New Construction:
Metered Commercial Rates:
- Water Base rate is $36.64 for the first 20,000
- $0.85 per 1,000 up to 100,000
- $1.25 per 1,000 past 100,000
Non-Meter Commercial Rates:
- Flat Water Rate: $36.64
- Flat Sewer Rate: $33.97
*Sanitation includes one 95 gallon cart from Western Waste. This is
limited trash. All trash must be placed in the cart in order for pick
