The City of Kimberly has a new automated phone system! Many of our citizens have called wondering about this new voice system. This system has been put in place to better direct the public’s questions or concerns in a more efficient and effective way by directing them to the correct person on the first try.
If you know your parties extension, you do not have to wait until the automated voice is finished. You may dial it right away. You may obtain a printable version of the city’s extensions. Click on the link at the bottom of this page.
